About Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited supplies renewable power to commercial and industrial customers in India and abroad. It also offers energy services and carbon credit solutions. It had 593 commercial and industrial customers as of June 2026, among them data centre operators and cement makers.

The business is organised in two segments. Renewable Energy Power Sales covers the sale of electricity from the company's own renewable energy plants under long-term power purchase agreements, energy supply agreements and environmental attribute purchase agreements. Renewable Energy Services covers capital expenditure services and carbon services.

Customers take power in three main ways. Onsite solar sits within or beside the customer's premises. Offsite plants supply power through the grid under open access rules. Under the group captive route, a customer invests at least 26% of the equity in a dedicated project company and consumes 51% of its power. Each such project is typically held in its own subsidiary. The portfolio includes solar, wind and hybrid projects that combine the two.

Onsite solar is installed at about 1,600 sites across 22 Indian states and 4 countries, including the UAE, Bahrain and Thailand. Offsite plants include 6 sites in Karnataka and 7 sites in Gujarat, and a central transmission project in Rajasthan. The company also has a joint venture, Kanoo Cleanmax Renewables Assetco WLL. Its subsidiaries develop, generate and supply renewable energy to industrial and commercial customers.
