Yearly rates to Mar 2026, per-share figures restated for splits and bonuses.

OverReturn a yearEarnings growthChange in P/EDividend yield
1 year+36.3%+97.8%−31.1%0.1%
Return is price growth plus the average dividend yield. Change in P/E is (1 + price growth) / (1 + earnings growth) - 1, so the parts compound rather than add. Earnings growth over 1 year is on profit divided by shares in issue at both ends: the earnings per share stated for one end does not match that year's profit and share count.

About Acme Solar Holdings

ACME Solar Holdings Limited develops, builds, owns and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects in India. It sells power under fixed-tariff power purchase agreements, largely with central and state government-backed entities. It was incorporated in 2015, and its registered and corporate offices are in Gurugram, Haryana.

The company's portfolio spans solar, wind, hybrid, firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) and standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, with more than 8 GW of capacity. FDRE and hybrid projects integrate solar, wind and battery storage to supply stable, round-the-clock power. The company handles engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance in-house, and monitors plant performance through central monitoring software. It also secures land and grid connectivity ahead of project execution.

It has operationalised more than 3.6 GWh of BESS capacity in Rajasthan. Its first wind project, of 150 MW, was awarded in Gujarat. The ACME Group was incorporated in 2003 to provide energy management solutions for telecom operators and entered renewable power generation in 2009. ACME Solar Holdings was set up to consolidate all renewable energy operations, and its shares are listed on BSE and NSE. It added BESS and FDRE projects in 2025.

Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, the founder of ACME Group, is Chairman and Managing Director of the company. The ACME Group also runs a 1.2 GW solar module facility in Rajasthan.
