StockExact publishes figures about listed companies and mutual funds, worked out from their public filings, for information and education. It does not give investment advice, does not recommend any investment, and does not buy, sell or arrange any investment for anyone.

You may read the site and use its figures for your own, personal purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, collect or republish the site's figures, pages or lists in bulk, by hand or with software that scrapes or crawls the site, beyond what search engines do to index it;
• sell, license or build a product or service on content taken from the site without written permission;
• present the site's figures as advice, or as your own work, or remove a statement of where they came from;
• interfere with the site's working, overload it, or try to reach any part of it that is not public;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Quoting a few figures with a link back to the page they came from is welcome.

The underlying filings belong to the companies, exchanges and fund houses that published them. The site's design, text, code and the way the figures are compiled, worked out and presented belong to StockExact.

Names and logos of companies, fund houses, exchanges and indices belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

The figures are provided as they are, without any promise, express or implied, that they are complete, correct, current or fit for a particular purpose. The disclaimer says what this means in practice.

To the extent the law allows, Sanket Dalvi is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including any trading or investment loss, lost profit or lost data, that comes from using the site, from not being able to use it, or from relying on anything on it. The site is free to use.

The site links to filings and documents held on other websites, such as an exchange's or a company's. Those websites are not run by StockExact, and their own terms apply to them.

Any part of the site may change, pause or stop at any time. These terms may also change; the date at the top of the page says when they last did, and using the site after a change means accepting the changed terms.
