About Pine Labs
Pine Labs Limited provides commerce and fintech infrastructure to merchants, consumer brands and financial institutions. It started with payments acceptance and has added affordability, prepaid issuing, online payments, transaction processing and fintech infrastructure. It serves more than 11 lakh merchants, with over 20 lakh digital checkout points. It was incorporated in 1998.
The business has four areas. In-store and online infrastructure lets merchants accept payments in-store or online, and Pine Labs Online is its cloud-based payments platform for online-first and omnichannel merchants. Flow, affordability and transaction processing lets consumers convert a purchase into monthly instalments at checkout; the company does not take on any consumer credit risk. Its flow services include dynamic currency conversion, which lets merchants in hospitality and travel accept payments from international customers. Fintech infrastructure is an API-led platform for banks and fintech companies, including an Account Aggregator gateway. The issuing and acquiring platform has two businesses: Pine Labs Prepaid, which operates in three roles for brands and enterprises, and Credit+, an API-first platform for banks and fintech companies. Woohoo is its consumer-facing store.
Pine Labs Prepaid is live across India, Southeast Asia, the UAE and Australia, with early success in the United States. The company also has subsidiaries in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia, among other countries.
Its shares are listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Shopflo Technologies Private Limited became its subsidiary on 26 May 2026.
