About Hexaware Technologies
Hexaware Technologies is a digital and technology services company that also provides business process services. Its clients are large enterprises, including more than 30 of the Fortune 500 organisations. It serves industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare and insurance, manufacturing and consumer, hi-tech and professional services, and travel and transportation. Its registered office is in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It was incorporated in 1992.
The business is organised into service lines: Cloud, Business Process Services, Data and Analytics, AI, Digital and Software, Digital IT Operations, Enterprise Platform Services and global capability centres (GCCs). The company also owns proprietary platforms. One of them, Agentverse, is an enterprise platform for deploying AI agents. Its research and development work in the year to December 2025 centred on three areas: language models and local AI systems, conversational tools built on private data, and software experience and intelligent systems.
Hexaware operates across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with a presence in 55+ global locations. In India, it opened new delivery centres, including those in Coimbatore, Dehradun and Hyderabad. The Hyderabad centre became operational in February 2026. The company reports its results for the calendar year, ending in December.
In the year to December 2025, the company completed two acquisitions. SMC Squared designs and operates global capability centres. CyberSolve is a global specialist in identity and access management, focused on consulting and system integration.
