Srf Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors had approved the payment of interim dividend @40% amounting to Rs.4 per share at its meeting held on dated March 15 2007. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 25, 2007 has recommended a final dividend of 20% amounting to Rs.2 per Share making the aggregate dividend @60% (Rs.6 Per Share) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
