News Verification : The media had reports that ArcelorMittal may buy a stake in the company. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. Ramsarup Industries Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "In this regard, please note that the company is in discussions with multinational entities for growth opportunities in the form of tie-up/ joint venture/ demerger etc. and all these are preliminary discussions.
