  Ramsarup Industries Limited had informed the Exchange that Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 20, 2007 and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 14, 2007 to September 20, 2007 (both days inclusive). The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "Board of Directors in their Board Meeting held on 14th June, 2007 have recommended 5% Final Dividend on 17504428 equity share of Rs.10 each in addition to 15% Interim Dividend already declared and paid by the Company. Further, Board has recommended 5% dividend on 1300000 5% redeemable cumulative preference shares of Rs.10 each and 4% on 3160000 redeemable cumulative preference shares of Rs.10 each". The Company has further informed the Exchange that the Book Closure is for the purpose of AGM & dividend if approved by the members of the Company in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
