Oriental Bank Of Commerce had informed the Exchange regarding Election of Directors by the Shareholders of the Bank other than Central Government. The Bank has now informed the Exchange that the following three Directors have been elected from amongst shareholders other than Central Government at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 29, 2011 pursuant to Section 9 (3) (i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, read with Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous) Scheme, 1980, Oriental Bank of Commerce (Shares and Meetings) Regulations 1998 and Notification dated November 01, 2007 read with Notification dated May 23, 2011 of Reserve Bank of India. (1) Sh. T. Valliappan (2) Sh. P. B. Santhanakrishnan (3) Smt.
