Oriental Bank Of Commerce had informed the Exchange that "the Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held on 22-12-2006 have approved the proposal for recommending the Interim Dividend @20% for the year 2006-2007 to the shareholders subject to statutory approvals. If approved, dividend is proposed to be paid to the shareholders for which record date shall be declared later. The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Bank in the meeting held on 20-02-2007 have approved Interim Dividend @ 20% for the financial year 2006-2007. The record date for the payment of interim dividend is 08-03-2007. The gross dividend payable on 2,50,53,9700 equity shares shall amount to Rs. 50,10,79,000/- (besides dividend tax of Rs.7.03 crore)".
