News about Motherson Sumi Systems Limited.The media had reports that "Motherson Sumi Allays Investor Fears".The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.Motherson Sumi Systems Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to clarify that there was no material information which is not disclosed to Stock Exchange, which would have impact on operating performance of the company. We had various calls from the investors /media relating to impact on our company in the light of information regarding one of our customers' vehicles engines in USA markets.
