Its clients are large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies in financial services, telecom, media and entertainment, luxury, retail and fashion, and manufacturing. They are served across the Americas, APAC and EMEA.
The company organises its services by industry, in six groups: banking, financial services and insurance; telecom, media and entertainment; fashion and luxury; high-tech; manufacturing and distribution; and retail and consumer goods. It also runs proprietary platforms, among them QA360 for quality assurance and Roboworx for robotic process automation. For fashion and luxury brands, it works through CLX Europe, a subsidiary that handles eCommerce campaigns, virtual try-ons and digital asset management.
eClerx operates in 17 countries and has over 22,500 employees. It has offices in Australia, Canada, France, Egypt, Germany, India, Italy, the Netherlands, the Middle East, the Philippines, Peru, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, the UK and the USA. Its registered office is in Fort, Mumbai, and its shares are listed on the NSE and the BSE.
It was incorporated in 2000.
