News about Digjam Limited.The media had reports that "Digjam ties up with Holland & Sherry, launches winter collection".The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.Digjam Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "That the Press Conference was for the routine purpose of launch of Digjam Limited Winter Product Collection 2015 to the trade at large. It is clarified that the said Joint Venture is proposed between a Promoter Company of Digjam and Holland & Sherry. Digjam expects to at best derive indirect benefit through the said association.
