The Committee shall look into the task of identifying potential target companies for Mergers/Acquisitions and shall submit a report for consideration to the Board of Directors for its meeting to be held on 31st July, 2007. The Committee is also empowered to commence preliminary due diligence exercise of potential target companies, appoint Legal Advisors, Valuers and perform all such acts and deeds for giving effect to this resolution
