      The "Remuneration Committee (RC) of Compulink Systems Limited in its meeting held on June 26, 2008 has approved grant of Stock options under ESOP Scheme 2006 to senior employees of the Company totaling to 117,000 options. The Closing price on NSE as on June 25, 2008 (one day prior to the RC meeting) Rs. 21.35 was finalized as the grant price for the referred options. As the underlying shares are already listed, the options granted herein do not entail any fresh issue/allotment/ listing of shares". Further Mr. Achyut Godbole has resigned from the office as director of Compulink Systems Limited.
