  Compulink Systems Limited ('Compulink/Transferor Company") and the Merger Committee of the Board of Directors of Glodyne Technoserve Limited ('Glodyne/ Transferee Company) have fixed for Compulink the 'Record Date' as November 27, 2010, for the purpose of determining the shareholders/ members of Compulink who will be entitled to receive Equity Shares of the Glodyne in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Compulink with the Glodyne (the Scheme). The said scheme is effective w.e.f. October 30, 2010. In accordance with the Scheme, Glodyne will issue and allot Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders/members of the Transferor Company as on the record date in the ratio of 1(One) equity share of the Glodyne for every 19 (Nineteen) Equity Shares of the Compulink. Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of Rationale of Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation Compulink Systems Limited (Compulink) with Glodyne Technoserve Limited (Glodyne).
