"The Company had sought Shareholder's approval through postal Ballot route in relation to a Special Resolution under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act 1956 read with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme ) Guidelines 1999. On the basis of report submitted by the scrutinizer, Sri. Vinod Kumar Kothari, Company Secretary in practice, the Chairman declared the result of Postal ballot today i.e. on Thursday 12th April, 2007.
