The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 31.1.2007 has approved the draft Employee Stock Option Scheme for a maximum of 23,50,000 (Twenty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand) options. The Company shall be seeking approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act. Further, 2nd March 2007 has been fixed as the cut off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders and their voting rights.
