Bharti Hexacom Limited is a telecom company that sells mobile, broadband and television services in Rajasthan and the North-East of India. It serves over 29 million customers across these two regions, which it runs as two separate circles, Rajasthan and North-East. Bharti Hexacom has no international operations.
The company groups its offerings into mobile, Wi-Fi (home and office broadband) with IPTV, and converged services. Its mobile services cover postpaid and prepaid plans, international roaming, internet and other value-added services. For homes, it offers Fixed Wireless Access and Fibre to the Home, together with internet protocol television, known as IPTV, which it has launched. The converged offerings bundle mobile services, Wi-Fi services and digital TV. Its content portfolio gives access to 29 OTT platforms and 697 TV channels. Its offerings also include business broadband and fixed-line services, along with a growing range of digital offerings from the Airtel ecosystem. Its 5G network is dual-mode, supporting both standalone and non-standalone configurations at the same time.
Its registered office is in Gurugram. It was incorporated in 1995. Bharti Airtel Limited is its holding company, which means Bharti Hexacom is a subsidiary of Airtel, and Airtel holds 70% of its shares. The company works under the group-wide policies, procedures and practices of Airtel. Together with Airtel, it works with industry bodies such as the Cellular Operators Association of India and the Confederation of Indian Industry.
