Earnings growth over 1 year includes one-off items (exceptional items and the result of businesses sold or closed) of more than a tenth of the profit of the year to Mar 2025.

About Aster DM Quality Care

Aster DM Quality Care Limited is a hospital group in India. It treats patients across medical specialities that include cardiac sciences, oncology, neurosciences, orthopaedics and gastroenterology. Its registered office is in Hyderabad, Telangana, and its corporate office is in Bengaluru. It was incorporated in 2008.

A merger that took effect on 1 July 2026 formed the company in its present form. It brought the original Aster business together with Quality Care, whose businesses include CARE Hospitals, KIMSHEALTH and Evercare. The combined group had 10,898 capacity beds at 30 June 2026 and a presence in 28 cities. It also runs labs and patient experience centres alongside its hospitals. Its hospitals work under brand names such as Aster, CARE, KIMSHEALTH and MIMS.

The Aster business is organised into three segments: hospitals and clinics, labs, and pharmacy. Its hospitals are in Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and include Aster Medcity in Kochi and Aster Whitefield and Aster RV in Bengaluru. Quality Care hospitals include CARE in Vizag and KIMSHEALTH in Trivandrum and Nagercoil. Pharmacies in India operate under an Aster brand licence and are run by a separate company. Four of the group's hospitals are run on an asset-light basis under operations and management arrangements.

The group also treats patients who travel from abroad for care, a flow led by the Maldives and the Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
