About Zydus Wellness
Zydus Wellness Limited develops, manufactures, markets and distributes health and wellness products. Its brands include Sugar Free, I'm lite, Glucon-D, Complan, Nutralite, Everyuth, Nycil, Cuticolor and RiteBite Max Protein. It is headquartered in Ahmedabad. It was incorporated in 1994, and its shares are listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India.
The company operates across nutrition and wellness segments, including sugar substitutes, energy drinks, nutritional drinks, low-calorie foods, protein snacks and bars, and personal care products. Through Comfort Click, a United Kingdom business it acquired, it also sells vitamins, minerals and supplements for adults, children and pets under the WeightWorld, Maxmedix and Animigo brands.
Its manufacturing plants hold FSSC 22000, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accreditations. In India, they are at Sanand near Ahmedabad, at Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh and at two units in Sikkim. Its products reach approximately 2.8 million retail outlets through a network of more than 1,950 distributors, a figure that excludes Comfort Click. A sales force of over 2,700 field representatives supports them, on the same basis. It operates in over 44 countries, with international markets in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Oceania, Europe and North America.
The Sugar Free and Everyuth brands were moved to the company from Zydus Lifesciences. In the year to March 2026, the company's wholly owned subsidiary Alidac UK Limited acquired Comfort Click Limited in the United Kingdom, its first overseas acquisition. The company belongs to the Zydus Group.
