November 21, 2014 (i.e. closing hours of trading on November 20, 2014) pursuant to order dated 13/12/2013 passed by the Hon ble High Court, Bombay, in Company Petition No.28 of 2012, the Official Liquidator attached to the said Court has been appointed as the Liquidator of M/s Zenith Infotech Limited (In Liqn.) with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
