As required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company has in its meeting held on June 25, 2009, allotted and issued 4500 equity shares of Rs.5 each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employee under the Employee Stock Option Scheme -2004 of the Company.
