Listed companies must file quarterly results within 45 days, and the year's within 60.
Days to fileDays to file. The days from the period's end to the day the results reached the exchange.DeadlineDeadline, days. The days the rules allow from the period's end: 45 for a quarter or half year, and 60 for the year and the March quarter filed with it. A company that listed after the period ended has until 21 days after its listing where that is later.
