Board of Directors of the Company has decided that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September 2014 to 30th September 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th September 2014 and also for the purpose of sub-division of the equity shares of Rs.10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of Re.1/- each.
