Board of Directors of the Company has considered the situation of the likely unrest and adverse circumstances in the Sugar command area at registered office of the Company situated at Simbhaoli-245207 District Hapur and have decided to extend the holding of the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company for the financial year 2013-14. In this regard, on Company's application, the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur has granted permission for extension of 3 months for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company under section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide letter dated August 28, 2014.
