  There was a fire accident at New production block during trial & commissioning in Cuddalore API facility on November 16, 2015. Company regrets to inform the sad demise of one worker in the accident. One more injured employee has been admitted in the hospital for treatment. The Company has informed the government authorities about the same and investigating the root cause of the accident.The damage on account of fire is being assessed for which the company has adequate insurance cover.
