Open offers and offers for sale
Offers for the company's shares made by others, latest first. An open offer is a buyer's offer to purchase shares from every holder, which the takeover rules require once it buys past a set stake or takes control. In an offer for sale, an existing holder, usually a promoter, sells shares through the exchange at or above a floor price.
