      Scheme of Amalgamation of RPG Cables Limited with KEC International Limited and their Respective Shareholders approved by the Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay and Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Karnataka, which has come into effect on March 31, 2010. The Company has fixed April 19, 2010 as the record date to determine the equity shareholders of the erstwhile RPG Cables Limited entitled to receive fully paid up equity shares of the Company in the ratio of 1 (one) Equity Share of the Company for every 20 (twenty) fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each held by them in RPG Cables Limited. Further the Company has submitted a copy of Detailed note on the Scheme.
