  Compensation Committee at its meeting held on November 01, 2011 granted 2,20,000 Stock Options (ESOPs) to overseas employees of the Company under ESOP-2009 Plan. The Stock Options shall vest one year after the date of grant of ESOPs in 4 tranches (25% each). Vested options can be exercised within 5 years from the date of grant.
