Rolta India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on January 31, 2008 has allotted 80136523 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each, as Bonus Shares, which had earlier been approved by the shareholders at the AGM of the Company, held on November 16, 2007. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 80136523 Bonus Equity Shares, the Issued & Paid-up Equity Capital of the Company, has been increased from Rs.80,13,65,230/- to Rs.160,27,30,460/-.

Rolta India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on November 16, 2007 the Board decided the record date for issue of Bonus Shares as January 25, 2008.
