In respect of the filing of the Letter of Offer of the Company in relation to the Issue of Equity Shares on a Rights Basis to existing equity shareholders. In terms of the Letter of Offer the Issue was to open on August 06, 2013 and close on August 20, 2013. The Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, though, has at its meeting held on August 19, 2013, extended the period of the subscription to the Issue by 15 (fifteen) days.
