Designated date for the purpose of payment of dividend for the year 2007-08 is "September 29, 2008", if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on September 17, 2008. The company has appointed Standard Chartered Bank, along with its associate bank to handle dividend payment for the year 2007-08. The payment of dividend will be made through ECS to the shareholders whose bank details are available with the company through RBI centres and other shareholders will be paid the dividend through issue of dividend warrants payable at par at all the branches of Standard Chartered Bank or at its associate bank in India.
