  With reference to the requirement of submission of board meeting notice prior to submission of quarterly results, we hereby submit that Parabolic Drugs Limited ( Company / Corporate Debtor ) is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ( CIRP ) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016( IBC ), as also intimated to the Exchange on September 01, 2018. Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of the IBC the powers of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Debtor has suspended upon initiation of the CIRP.
