  Company have set-up an R&D Centre at the Company's Corporate Office, B-34, MIDC, Badlapur, Dist: Thane - 421503, State: Maharashtra. The facilities and infrastructure at the Company's R&D Centre have been audited by the Government of India Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Industrial Research, New Delhi and the Company have been accorded the recognition by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research vide their letter dated November 28, 2011 in this regard. This R&D Centre will help the Company in following ways. (1) It endorses Company's abilities and infrastructure for undertaking Research activities; (2) Strengthens opportunities for undertaking Custom synthesis and Research work for renowned MNCs and other industries; (3) Company may qualify under Income Tax Act, 1961 for relevant benefits; (4) Creates identity across globe.
