Company's Promoter, Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd had come out with an "Offer for Sale through the Stock Exchange Mechanism" on May 22, 2013 to reduce its shareholding in the Company to comply with SEBI Guidelines on minimum public shareholding norms. The aforesaid OFS was successfully implemented and consequently, after dilution of stake by the Company's Promoter, the present shareholding of the Company's Promoter, Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd is 75% and the Company is in compliance with the SEBI Guidelines including Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement on Minimum Public Shareholding.
