Exchange has sought clarification from NCC Limited with respect to announcement dated 15-May-2024, regarding Appointment of Mr Rajendra Mohan Malla as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. July 01, 2024.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
