NCC Limited has now informed that the Company has fixed Book Closure from July 10, 2014 to July 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the shareholders who are eligible for payment of Equity Dividend of Rs. 0.20 per Equity share of Rs.2/- (i.e., @ 10%) each as recommended by the Board and if approved by the Members in the aforesaid Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2014.
