Listed boards counts the boards of listed companies the director sits on, this one included, and "as independent" how many of those seats are independent ones. Committee seats are audit and stakeholder committee seats across those companies. Months as independent is filed for independent directors only, whose terms the rules cap. Disqualified is the company's own mark that a director may not serve under company law.

- Bandhan Mutual Fund, LIC Mutual FundCompliant with law. Governance Concern: Enabling Clause relating to Appointment of Managing Director as Chairperson of the Board

Proceedings have been initiated by the Collector of Stamps, Government of NCT of Delhi under the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi for determination of stamp duty payable in relation to issuance/allotment of 200,000 equity shares on April 11, 2022 and 200,000 equity shares on December 2, 2022 by the Company to the Info Edge Employee Stock Option Plan Trust. Pursuant to the proceedings, an order dated May 11, 2026 has been passed under Sections 33, 38 and 40 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 determining stamp duty liability of Rs. 17,83,990/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakh Eighty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety only) along with penalty of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only). Order was received by the Company on May 11, 2026 at 06:03 PM
The Collector of Stamps, Government of NCT of Delhi has alleged that stamp duty, as applicable under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 read with the provisions applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, was payable on the aforesaid issuance/allotment of shares and that payment of stamp duty through depositories such as NSDL/CDSL at the applicable rate at the time of allotment does not discharge the Company’s statutory liability under the law applicable in NCT of Delhi. The Company had duly paid stamp duty through the depository mechanism at the applicable rates prevailing at the relevant time. The matter involves interpretation of the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, including Section 9A thereof, and the applicability of the stamp duty provisions in NCT of Delhi in relation to issue/allotment of shares.
