"Board had allotted 1,35,462 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the FCCB holders M/s. ITF Mauritius Limited who had exercised their right of conversion of bonds into equity shares. Board also allotted 1,08,625 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company under stock option scheme (grant price Rs. 10/- per option).
