Pursuant to the provisions of Section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to apply to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai for seeking an extension of the current financial year 2012-13 from 12 months to 18 months, i.e., from April 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013 instead of April 01, 2012 to March 31, 2013.
