Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of Micro Technologies (India) Limited will be suspended w.e.f. June 17, 2014 (i.e. closing hours of trading on June 16, 2014) as the Company has received a Notice from Ministry of Corporate Affairs about the appointment of Provisional Liquidator by the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai.
