Lloyd Electric & Engineering Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 27, 2013, inter-alia has considered and approved the following items: 1) Fixation of the annual general meeting of the company to be held on September 21, 2013. 2) Closure of the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company from September 16, 2013 to September 21, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company and Dividend declared, if any. The Company has now informed the Exchange regarding rescheduled Book Closure dates from September 23, 2013 to September 28, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on re-scheduled date i.e September 28, 2013 and Dividend declaration, if any.
