News Verification : The media had reports that "Kwality eyes stake sale to raise Rs. 500 cr". The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. kwality limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "That there had been no discussion with Rabo Equity Advisors in recent months to offload our stake. Further our company is in phase of expansion, and is scouting various opportunities to raise funds through debt/equity. But so far nothing has been finalized.
