The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Kemrock Industries and Exports Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "The Allahabad Bank, being the Lead Banker of the lenders' consortium, has indeed served KEMROCK with a Notice of possession under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002. KEMROCK continues to exist and is actively exploring remedial options."
