  Exchange has sought clarification from JMC Projects (India) Limited, with respect to recent news item captioned "JMC projects in talks with Isolux Corsan and I Squared Capital for sale of 4 road projects".The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. JMC Projects (India) Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to inform you that the said news item is baseless. We strongly deny this news report and further confirm that there is no information/ announcement which is required to be made / disclosed by the Company to your exchange pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) 2015".
