  Jmc Projects (India) Ltd. had informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled on July 28, 2009. Further, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2009 to July 28, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the right to the entitlement of dividend, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Book Closure Date has been revised, as follows: "The book closure date will be Friday, July 31, 2009 to Friday, July 31, 2009 for the purpose of Dividend and Rights Issue."
