Exchange had sought clarification from Hero MotoCorp Limited with respect to announcement dated 10-May-2017, regarding "Hero MotoCorp Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Appointment of M/s. BSR & Co. LLP, as statutory auditors in place of existing auditors M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, subject to approval of members at the ensuing AGM.".
