The Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Maharashtra, Mumbai for grant of extension of time for holding of Annual General Meeting of Glodyne Technoserve Limited for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 for a period of 3 months i.e. December 31, 2012.The Company's Board has recommended the dividend earlier, which was subject to approvals of the term lenders. The said approval for Dividend is under consideration of the Lenders and the company had not received the same yet. Considering the same, the Company had sought extension for holding of the AGM. Accordingly ROC has granted extension of three months for the same.The Company shall announce the date of the AGM accordingly
