      Exchange had sought clarification from Glodyne Technoserve Limited with respect to a news item captioned "Notice of Defaulter Directors/ Guarantor". The Company has clarified that "The new item is a notice issued by State Bank of lndia. The publicatlon of such notice is a measure at the discretion of the Bank and neither the Company nor the directors/ guarantors have any control about the publication of such notice/ news item. Therefore, since the company or the guarantors did not had any control on such publicauon, it could not be reported.The Company has been facing certain financial difficulties due to which there are defaults/delays in payments to banks / lenders, which has already been disclosed and reported in the annual report of the Company. The Company and its management have been working on revival of the: projects and also in discussion with some of lenders for overcoming the financial position."

      News Verification : The media had reports that Glodyne Technoserve Limited is going to sell US based IMS unit Decision One. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Glodyne Technoserve Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, " We wish to inform you that it appears that the news item is based on market sources / rumours and no company inputs / sources. As a policy the Company does not comment on the speculative information. However we wish to clarify that, i) the company, in order to reduce its debt burden and improve liquidity, has been considering various options including in respect of its US based step down subsidiary DecisionOne Corporation including divestment of its partial or full stake/inducting strategic or financial partner. However the process is at a very primitive stage and has not reached at any material stage. If the Company finds appropriate values for such monetization of its assets/investments and when such process take any finality or reaches a material stage, we shall inform the same to the Exchanges. ii) The Company is not in receipt of any such material information in this regard, which has not been disseminated to the Exchanges."
